At TAC Aquatics, every staff members undergoes a multifacetated training program in both lifeguarding and instructing. This ensures that every student receives the care and instruction they deserve. Our staff are responsible for delivering high quality swim instruction while maintaining the safety standard laid out by TAC Aquatics. All staff are certified with recognized aquatic certifications including Standard First Aid and CPR C, National Lifeguard – Pool, and water safety instructor (red cross), or swim instructor (National Lifesaving Society).
The supervisor is on deck at all times during any aquatic activity. They are responsible for supervising all staff and activities that take place. They provide direct support, and ensure every aspect of program operations are running according to the quality and standards laid out by TAC Aquatics. The supervisor ensures that all classes run according to schedule, with no disruptions. Our supervisors maintain current certification in Standard First Aid and CPR C, National Lifeguard – Pool, and water safety instructor (red cross), or swim instructor (National Lifesaving Society). They also have additional training as aquatic supervisors, and instructor trainers.
